Rental Brothers exists because of a problem that every serious contractor understands: the right equipment, available when you need it, makes or breaks a project.
We are the team behind Foundation Brothers — a Southern Ontario company that repairs structural concrete in basements, underground parking garages, condominiums, and older homes across the region. Foundation repair is time-sensitive, precision work. If a structural project is mid-excavation and your equipment goes down — or worse, a rental yard tells you nothing is available — you are in serious trouble. We could not afford that risk. So we made a decision early on: we would own our fleet outright.
That decision meant building one of the most capable equipment collections in Southern Ontario — Kubota mini excavators from 1.8 to 3.5 tonnes, SVL-70 compact track loaders, machine float trailers, hydraulic breaker attachments, helical pile drive heads, concrete chainsaws, core drills, shoring posts, generators, and more. Every machine is purchased, maintained, and operated by our own crew on real job sites.

No — Rental Brothers operates a pickup-only yard at 265927 Maple Dell Rd,Otterville, ON. All customers pick up and return equipment at the Otterville yard. We do not offer delivery or pickup from job sites. If you need to transport heavy equipment to your site, we carry machine float trailers and tandem axle trailers that can be added to your booking.
Call the yard immediately if you experience a mechanical issue with rented equipment. We will advise you on the situation and arrange resolution. Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself. Equipment breakdown due to mechanicalfailure will not be charged against your deposit — breakdown due to misuse or operator error will be assessed according to our damage policy.
Our minimum rental period is a half-day. There is no daily minimum for small tools.For heavy equipment — excavators, skid steers, trailers — the half-day is the shortest available rental period. Weekly minimums are not required; you can rent a machine for a single half-day or a full week depending on your project needs.
